“Hey guys, I’ve been working on tracks for a potential solo album and came up with this idea. Whaddya think?!” “Well, Freddie wrote a cat song, Rog’ is on about cars again, and I don’t really have anything that I’m super pumped about, so I guess we could try it……..” said John. Probably. Well, maybe. Actually, almost certainly not. But it’s a strange one to include on a Queen album and Kev and Randy were pretty much on exactly the same page with this one!
If Randy were to title this episode, he’d probably call it “I can live without you” or possibly “Why can’t we live without you? I need more! Gimme more!”
Today’s episode looks at another track from Innuendo that was originally intended to be a Brian May solo song, “I Can’t Live With You”
NOTE: Skip forward to 14:22 if wanna get straight into the manifestations and wheel spin.
The music at the end of the episode is a work in progress by the Cardinal titled “Drumming for Jesus”!
