Kev's worried that Randy is going to start charging him by the word during the podcast. Luckily, The Cardinal does give Captain Spreadsheet two bits of advice for free, so there's that. There's a bit of food chat, a bit of movie/music chat, and we listen to a little bit of a track by King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard...

Today's episode revisits Jazz and, for once, Randy doesn't wang on about what a ridiculous title it is for a rock n roll album. But we're not exactly in rock n roll territory here. Freddie slips on the old soft shoe and Brian stacks up the guitars like it's 1975 all over again. It's not. It's 1979. Then, I mean, not right now. Right now it's 2026. That's a long time ago eh... man time flies...

If I were to title this episode, I’d probably call it “Bonkey Dalls”, or possibly, “Put that on a t-shirt and wear it”.

The song at the end of the episode is a track Kev had kinda forgotten he loved. It's called Sometimes Girlfriend, it's from Absofunkinlutely's black album, and you can find it here: https://youtu.be/yCeiw-VQRAA

Right. We need to talk about this vicious attack on Kev's reputation and character that was perpetrated by the coward, Sean McGinity of the SeanGeek and FastFret podcast. Apart from the disgraceful lyrics in this week's lead out song, he rubs salt in the wounds by re-lyricing a fucking Kiss song? Worse yet, a song sung by Gene "the hairy, unevolved simian" Simmons???? Mark my words McGinity, retribution is coming. You won't know where. You won't know when. You won't know which podcast. But it's coming. You have offended my honour sir! I demand satisfaction.

Today's episode wraps up Hot Space and it ekes just marginally over the 55% score from us. We know that many people love this song but, like marmite, lots of other people think its inedible gack. Which side of the fence will Kev and Randy fall on???

If Randy were to title this episode, I’d probably call it “Look at Freddie, he's got a case of Body Language”, or possibly, “Why no Deacy bass?”

NOTE: Skip forward to 20:01 if wanna get straight into the manifestations and wheel spin.

The music at the end of the episode is the disgusting attack on my person by Sean McGinity of Winnipeg, Manitsfrozen. You can find his dogshit podcast here, if you really want to listen to that cheap, lying, no good, rotten, four-flushing, low-life, snake-licking, dirt-eating, inbred, overstuffed, ignorant, bloodsucking, dog-kissing, brainless, dickless, hopeless, heartless, fat-assed, bug-eyed, stiff-legged, spotty-lipped, worm-headed sack of monkey shit!

We're talking about one of the greatest voices ever captured on record singing a song that neither The Cardinal nor Captain Spreadsheet have ever heard before. So it should be a wheez. We ended up listening to the song twice but in two different versions. You'll have to tune in to find out why!

If Kev were to title this episode, he'd probably call it "Them There Eyes", or possibly, "These Here Ears"

The twenty sixth installment in this podcast-within-a-podcast covers asong submitted by Lyn DeAnda. The song is "Them There Eyes", originally published in 1930 and recorded, for the purposes of this podcast, by the legendary Billie Holiday!

The song at the end is titled "That and Then Some" and comes from the debut Randy Woods Band album. Go listen to it here. Now. https://youtu.be/rner4AbWHFk
NOTE: Skip forward to 23:19 (TWENTY THREE NINETEEN!) if wanna get straight into the manifestations and wheel spin.

If you want to get involved in the Kofi Klub, head over to our Ko-Fi page (linked below) and let us know which song you want us to add to the wheel! We also have a private channel in our Discord community for donors.

B B B B B B Side! Well, not technically. Just not part of the main catalogue. It's still Queen. Kinda. Well, not really, but two of the band are in this supergroup... Look, I added The Cosmos Rocks to the B Side wheel because Corey has been getting on my case about us not talking about these songs. Fine. Happy now?!?!?!

The first song we spin up from The Cosmos Rocks is the Paul Rodgers-penned Time to Shine. It was played live once. Not an auspicious sign perhaps? Randy is away working, so we had this one in reserve just in case we were caught short. Here it is!

If Kev were to title this episode, I’d probably call it “All Right Now”, or possibly, “Not bad, how are you?”

NOTE: Skip forward to 22:40 if wanna get straight into the manifestations and wheel spin.

The music at the end of the episode is the very, very, very groovy "Disenfranchised You" by Randy Woods Band. It was written in a gutter in prague in a heavy rainfal as a Czechthimble salesman tried to steal Randy's bicycle at 3am on a Wednesday. It's incredible where the inspiration for songs comes from, isn't it! You can check it out here : https://youtu.be/Ul7uhP6MaWo

In the midst of all this, we manage to find our way to the last song on Side A of Queen's magnificent 1974 album, Sheer Heart Attack as we discuss a Brian May rocker titled "Now I'm Here". You may have heard of it!

If Kev were to title this episode, I’d probably call it “Now I’m Here”, or possibly, “Now I’m There”.

NOTE: Skip forward to 30:16 if wanna get straight into the manifestations and wheel spin.

The music at the end of the episode is the seismically heavy "Subletter" from the Randy Woods Band debut album. It's another one of Kev's favourite Randy tunes. You can and should go find it out here: https://youtu.be/GQhWu2bBL0U

In the midst of all this, we manage to find our way to the last song on Side A of Queen's magnificent 1974 album, Sheer Heart Attack as we discuss a Brian May rocker titled "Now I'm Here". You may have heard of it!

We need it to impregnated a stubborn goat and it's the only device we haven't yet tried! There's more talk about Cuban sax players than uou might expect and Jose from Guatemala is of no help. Is Gerry Rafferty the Scottish Eagles? We don't know. We were hoping you would.
If Kev were to title this episode, he'd probably call it "Right Down the Line", or possibly, "Sliced hard and off into the sand again!"
The twenty sixth installment in this podcast-within-a-podcast covers another song submitted by regular Kofi contributor Al Dudeney. The song is "Right Down the Line" by Gerry Rafferty and we were unanimous in our vote.
The song at the end is titled "That and Then Some" and comes from the debut Randy Woods Band album. Go listen to it here. Now. https://youtu.be/rner4AbWHFk
